Shock- big hitter. Easy to miss ability if you don't know the boss. Shock is much lower in damage that taijutsu, it has bigger numbers but way longer cds, lower crit, and longer cast times so it’s less consistent. I recently switched from shock to tai and the difference is night and day in terms of single target dmg.

1361 scrapper here. I was thinking Taijutsu wasnt for me, so I used the skill tree inventory and swapped to shock for a few days. Tried it out, and I wasnt impressed, but it got me over the FOMO of the build I didnt go. In short, if your gears not optimized, just save your tripods in your inventory and swap builds.
